I’ve made a mistake with my address. What do I do?

If you make a mistake with your address, Hey Bunny Original is not responsible for updating the address before shipping your parcel. If you do make a mistake with your address, let us know, and we will try to change it on our end, but cannot guarentee this will be resolved before we ship your order. Before you proceed to checkout, please double-check all of your details to ensure they are correct.

​Do you accept returns? 

No returns for a simple change of mind. All custom orders are final.
​I cannot replicate anything exactly. Your item will be very similar, but unique in its own right.

Do you offer combined shipping?

Yes! with all orders that are purchased within 24 hours of each other. Simply chat or email us and we can have any extra shipping charges refunded.
